Monthly care plans
Website Hosting & Maintenance Agreement
A separate recurring service for hosting, routine care, backups, and limited support after launch.
Effective September 2, 2026. Monthly website care is a separate digital subscription. It does not include or change any NextWave Mobility internet, phone, SIM, equipment, or connectivity service.
1. Monthly service
Monthly care is $30 for Starter, $50 for Business, or $75 for Growth, as shown on the paid order. It includes managed hosting for the covered website, routine platform maintenance, backups, basic security monitoring, and support appropriate to the selected tier. Starter includes up to 30 minutes of minor text or photo updates per billing month. Unused update time does not roll over. Additional update time is billed at the posted hourly rate when approved.
2. What is not included
Redesigns, new pages, new features, custom development, copywriting, ecommerce management, advertising, advanced SEO, emergency recovery caused by client or third-party actions, premium software, and third-party fees require a separate quote.
3. Billing and renewal
Monthly care is prepaid and renews automatically at the beginning of each service period after you separately enroll and consent through the designated checkout. The subscription continues until canceled. The first month included with an eligible new website project is a service credit and does not authorize recurring charges by itself.
4. Payment failures
If payment fails, a seven-day grace period applies. If the balance remains unpaid after that grace period, one $15 late-payment fee may be added for that overdue billing incident; it does not compound each day. We may retry payment, request an updated payment method, pause updates, or temporarily replace the hosted website with a billing-attention notice. The website restores automatically after Stripe confirms the overdue subscription invoice and applicable late fee are paid. This website-hosting fee is separate from all NextWave Mobility service charges.
Accounts more than 60 days past due: After reasonable attempts to notify you using the contact information on file, we may terminate hosting and permanently delete the website, databases, uploaded files, backups, email configuration, and other hosted data from our servers. Deletion may be irreversible. You are responsible for paying all undisputed amounts due and requesting any available export before the deletion date. We may retain limited records when reasonably required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, security, backup-cycle, or legal obligations.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel through the website customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next automatic renewal. If your cancellation request is received within two calendar days after a monthly renewal, that renewal is eligible for refund review. After the second calendar day, the current billing period remains paid and nonrefundable, and service continues through its end. No new renewal charge is authorized after the effective cancellation date. Refunds required by law are not limited by this policy. Cancellation does not automatically include migration to another host.
6. Domain and transfer assistance
Domain renewals and transfer fees are separate unless your written order states otherwise. Upon request and payment of outstanding balances, we will provide reasonable assistance with a website or domain transfer. Extensive migration work may require a separate quote.
7. Availability and backups
We use commercially reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery from every event. Clients should retain copies of irreplaceable source content and business records.
8. Service operator and ownership
NextWave Web Studio is a digital website-design, hosting, and maintenance service owned and operated by NextWave Mobility. While a website remains on our managed service, we operate the hosting environment, deployment system, forms, monitoring, backups, billing controls, and reusable platform components. You retain ownership of content, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials you provide. Ownership of completed client-specific design work is governed by the Web Design Service Terms and full payment. Our software, hosting systems, reusable code, templates, tools, credentials, and operational methods remain ours or our licensors’ property.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect so we can investigate and, when appropriate, correct it. Filing a chargeback does not itself cancel the subscription, erase an undisputed balance, or transfer ownership of our platform or unpaid work. We may suspend the affected website while a payment dispute is pending and may provide the payment processor or card issuer with the order, consent, service, access, communication, delivery, cancellation, and billing records reasonably needed to respond. We will not retaliate against a good-faith dispute, and nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable consumer right or your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
10. Digital service acknowledgment
This agreement covers digital services only. No internet service, phone plan, SIM card, equipment, or other physical product is included. Charges cover website hosting, maintenance, backups, support, updates, and related digital operations described in the selected plan.
11. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or security-threatening content or activity. We may suspend service when reasonably necessary to protect the site, infrastructure, or others.
12. Changes
We may update plan features or pricing with advance notice. Material changes apply prospectively, and you may cancel before they take effect.
